Enter the house through a long hallway that accesses the first two bedrooms and back entry. In the back, you'll find the washer/dryer. Just beyond that is the private hot tub that sits in the backyard. The first bedroom on this level has a flatscreen TV, a king bed and an attached bath with jetted tub and shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed, flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs on the second level of the home, the kitchen welcomes you with natural pine floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room, making it a great space for the family or friends to hang out. The kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats three, while the dining area seats six. The living room has leather furniture, a gas fireplace, TV with Roku, DVD player, and stereo. There is also a small deck with a table and chairs off the dining area that affords a partial mountain view. Vaulted ceilings and big sunny windows create an open, airy feel.
