With sweeping views of the box canyon and steps from historic downtown, a stay at the Parkside results in a perfect blend of mountains & main street! Appointed with custom artwork, cozy nooks, a full kitchen & bath & a stellar balcony for morning coffee and sunset cocktails, this condo packs a punch! Oh and a hot tub is on site for post-adventure soaks!

THE SPACE:

The Parkside Place has a long layout that ends at a wall of windows that look out at Telluride's box canyon and the Bear Creek Preserve. The balcony has s small dining area, couch and a gas BBQ. There are multiple sitting areas to take in the views, enjoy a book or share a meal with your crew. There is a Queen bed in the main bedroom and a King sleeper couch in the living room. The bathroom has new wall tile and vanity with a tub and shower. The entryway has ample storage for your mountain gear and an on-street parking permit is provided!

GUEST ACCESS:

There is a shared hot tub on the banks of the river that our guests have access to. There is also a shared laundry room on-site for guest use.
