FIRST FLOOR
The ground floor of this condo offers a spacious great room with gas fireplace and plenty of seating and a dining table for six with french doors opening to the deck and River Trail. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or enjoy a home-cooked meal prepared in the fully equipped open kitchen. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer on this level too.

SECOND FLOOR
Beautiful views from the upstairs bedrooms will have you at peace during your stay. Guest bedroom with Queen Bed with a double nook for cozy sleeping, guest bedroom two has twin beds that can be converted to king upon request. Shared bathroom on this level.

STUDIO
​​​​​​​Back on the ground level, the 4th bedroom is essentially its own self-contained studio, privately connected to the front section of the condo. This suite is perfect for a couple with a baby who may be getting up in the middle of the night, or for grandparents who might like to enjoy a quiet cup of tea in the morning. This bedroom has a queen bed, plus bunk beds. The bunks can be folded up out of the way if they are not needed, or the bottom bunk can be left folded down to serve as a sofa. It also has a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, cook top, toaster, coffee makers, sink and basic amenities for meals such as plates, bowls and silverware. The suite also has an en suite bathroom with a rain shower.

The complex also offers Hot Tub(year round) and heated pool (summer only) - Lodging In Telluride does not manage pool/hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.
