Mountainside Inn is Telluride's most affordable property, conveniently located along the San Miguel River and just 200 yards to lift #7!

*Please Note: Parking in the town of Telluride is a growing issue. Mountainside Inn parking spaces are limited, and we cannot guarantee availability as in years past. We strongly encourage you to consider one of the many local shuttle options in favor of driving. Should you choose to drive, beginning effective May 22nd, 2025, there is a $20 per night parking fee. If there is no Mountainside Inn parking available, you may need to pay to park overnight in the public SilverJack garage, located .5 miles from the Inn*

The Mountainside Inn is located along the San Miguel River in the heart of Telluride. It is comprised of four separate buildings, all of which are two floors with stair access (no elevators).

This is a hotel room with a split king bed (can be set up as a king bed or two twins), mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker and private bath with shower (no tub). This unit faces the San Miguel River.

This unit has one parking spot in the courtyard parking or public parking lot next door; a permit is required. Parking is first-come, first-served. Complimentary wifi is included. Coin laundry is available. There is no A/C at this property.

The Mountainside Inn is just two blocks from the grocery store, and about a 10-minute walk from historic downtown Telluride. The river trail offers a delightful path through town, and the free in-town shuttle picks up about a 1/2-block from the Inn.

Please be aware that your room number may differ from the one on your reservation confirmation. The Mountainside Inn reserves the right to move reservations to a comparable room without notifying the guest.

This room is pet-friendly with prior notification and a $30/night pet fee. Pet fees will be charged at check-in.

You pay for what you get, but the overall location is great. It is not a luxury hotel, but better than I expected based on the looks of it. My only complaint is entitled people that stayed in the ā€œunloading onlyā€ parking area the entire day rather than parking at the lot that is a little further, but not too bad.

The room was just what we needed for a quick ski trip. Affordable for Telluride and we didn't have to move the car the entire time we were in town. The room was in an ideal location within walking distance to slopes and restaurants in town.

The location was wonderful and the proximity to the stream was exactly what I wanted. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable and made it hard to sleep for my partner and I. Also need some A/c a few nights and the microwave didnā€™t work very well. I would love to stay again if the bed situation is resolved.

Very nice property that's right next to the river trail which was perfect to take our dog on a walk before walking over to the lift to go skiing for the day. Couldn't ask for a better stay! Also have great selection of coffee creamer in the lobby in the AM.

Parking was very limited. No air conditioning. No linen service, specifically towels and wash cloths. Room was on second floor with no elevator.

Great location next to the river with a walking trail and within walking distance to downtown, stores and gondola in summertime. I'm not sure about ski access as we went in the summer. Definitely recommend. Also bring extra towels for hot tub, etc. Room has mini fridge and microwave.

This place was very accommodating, friendly, and prompt. The bed was quiet comfortable, and hot tub was much needed after skiing. Perfect spot for a semi ski in/out location. Walked across the parking lot and could get on the lift. Thank you again! Will stay again!
