Standard Reservation Cancellation Policy:
• More than 60 days prior to arrival: No penalty
• Within 60 days: Property will be re-listed. If re-rented, first payment refunded minus a 10% processing fee
• Within 29 days (after final payment): Same process, 10% fee applies to total lodging
