A Genuine Telluride Treasure - You would never guess that this lovely space exists in the middle of Telluride! Completely renovated with high-quality finishes, this three-bedroom/two-and-a-half bath is tucked away on Columbia Street in the historic Miners Union. Just a block from Telluride's main street, Colorado Avenue, Miners Union #11 will delight you after a fun day on the mountain or adventures in our area.

The spacious great room area is perfect for family gatherings and helping the group chef season the meal. Whether the input is welcome or not, the large flat screen may veer some unwanted help away, but be aware: It is a smart TV with no cable. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room. The large dining room table is ample enough for all nine guests. The kitchen has high-end finishes.

The King Master Bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a steam shower, perfect for any season in Telluride. For convenience, the vanity has two sinks. Cozy up with a book and dream sweet dreams from this spacious master suite. The first guest room has a queen bed, and the second guest room has a Captain's Bunk with a twin over a full bed and a twin trundle, sleeping three comfortably in this room. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combination. There is a large laundry room with room for skis and boots with an exterior door to Pine Street. This condo comes with one on-street parking permit. We cannot guarantee any more than one permit for this condo.

Stay once at this historic treasure, and you will most certainly stay twice!

This beautiful apartment in the basement of an historical Telluride Historical building is GREAT. Location is 4 walkable blocks from the front gate of the Telluride town park (Blues and Brews Festival)..! Very close to dining, shopping, pubs and entertainment. The interior space is brand new and fully updated. Tile, Wood and Carpeted interior is all new...granite countertops in the Modern, Spacious Kitchen..!! Very comfortable, roomy and NICE..!! Location alone is ideal...but then to be so nice as well...Really Extraordinary..! PS....Steam Shower in the Master Suite..5-Stars..!!

What an amazing place

Steam shower, roomy, clean, location. I mean it doesnt get much better at all. This place was amazing and as advertised. Oh, i didn't mention it, but heated floors will be one of the things i miss the most.

Great for large groups

We loved this place! It fit 9 adults comfortably. The kitchen was large, the table had room for all of us, we never felt like we were tripping over each other. It is a block off the Main Street and near the center of town so the location is incredible. The management company provided all the information we needed and was very responsive. We have been attending the Blues and Brews fest for 7 years and this was the best place we’ve ever rented.

Can’t Beat It

Telluride is a special place and this condo made the visit even more special. Much larger unit than I expected. Huge master, nice guest and kids rooms and a great kitchen living space. Literally one block off of Main Street, it was easy to get everywhere including restaurants, the town park and gondola. The property manager was a great communicator and answered all of my questions promptly. We would definitely come back.

Lovely Historic Home

The Miners Union is a lovely historic, refurbished building. Unit 11 is ground level with 3 bedrooms -which was perfect for our family gathering. Location, location, location- excellent! There is no on-site parking which can be a little challenging. We were there for the bluegrass festival and fortunately the parking restrictions were lifted if you had a town pass, otherwise all of the parking in the area is 2 hour. I believe you do get a parking pass with the unit. The apartment had plenty of space for everyone to gather. The only downside is that in the living room you have to walk down 2 steps to the front door. The way the furniture is positioned, there is a very narrow walkway between the couch and the steps. We had no problem, however if you weren’t paying attention it would be very easy to step off into the recess by the door. The living room had way too much furniture and too many throw pillows (not a common complaint in rentals) and if it was scaled down and rearranged, you could creat a larger walkway and mitigate the problem of the steps. Overall it’s a great rental and I would stay there again. The staff at the rental agency, “Accommodations in Telluride” , were really great to work with. Super responsive and helpful- especially Erin.

Great spot in great location

Property is in a brilliant location and has loads of space for a large group or families. It had all of the essentials we needed for a week in Telluride. It needs a few more pots and pans and a couple of the gas rings did not ignite, both of which should be easily rectified. I would definitely consider on any future trip to Telluride.

The place was perfect for a large group of friends! Can walk anywhere around the town and easy walk to the gondola. Management was super responsive with anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

We had a great time and the property was beautiful and close to everything. My husband and I used to live in Telluride and it was so nice to be back "home". I highly recommend this condo for a family or a group of friends!
