The holiday rental property is in Gran Canaria, in the municipality of Telde in the coastal area with a beach, known as Tufia, which is a Protected Natural Space.



The property is located on the first floor, without a lift, so you have to climb eight steps to reach the idyllic dwelling.



The most outstanding feature of the accommodation is its terrace of about 14 square metres with a view of the beach and the sea, a pleasure for the senses, where you can sunbathe on the loungers or enjoy outdoor life, as it has an outdoor dining area and an awning to protect you from the sun. Ideal for enjoying sunrises and starting the day with a different energy.



The dining room has a large glass window, so it is very bright, from the four-seater chaise longue you can also enjoy the impressive views and with marine decoration honouring the seafaring origin of the town, the living room has a 43-inch smart TV, air conditioning, and an electric blind with a remote control to regulate the light we want to enter the room.



The bedroom with nautical decor and views of the Gran Canaria summit, has a bed 2.00 metres long by 1.80 metres wide, a smart TV, air conditioning and storage space.



The second bedroom, also with mountain views, has dimensions of 2.00 metres long by 1.10 metres wide, with a desk that allows teleworking.



The kitchen is fully equipped, integrated into the dining room and has an oven, extractor hood, combi-type fridge and small appliances and recycling bins. From the kitchen window, you can also enjoy the views.



The complete bathroom has a shower tray, WC, bidet, storage space, hairdryer and medicine cabinet.



There is also a laundry room, washing machine, portable fridge and beach items.



Right in front of the accommodation there is a parking space, it is advisable to do some shopping before arriving at the lodging, as there is no supermarket nearby.



Tufia is located in an environment that maintains the local essence and its waters are crystal clear, a unique landscape. In addition to the Tufia beach, there is the Aguadulce beach, which is wider and has golden sand, and an archaeological site just a few metres away.
