The apartment also features a mamad (safe room), high-speed WiFi, air conditioning and a Smart TV with Israeli channels and Netflix access using the guest’s personal account.



Perfect for couples, families, business travelers or medium-term stays, the apartment can comfortably host up to 5 guests while offering both comfort and convenience in a central Tel Aviv location.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the entire apartment, including the balcony and all amenities.

Important Information Regarding VAT - Israeli Citizens: Please note that VAT ( 18% ) is not included in the listed prices, thus Israeli Citizens will be requested to opay prior to check-in. - Tourists: According to VAT regulations, tourists with a B/2, B/3, or B/4 visa are exempt from VAT. To confirm your exemption, we will require a photo of your passport and your valid tourist visa prior check-in. If this documentation is not provided, a VAT charge of 18% of the total stay will be automatically added. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these legal requirements.



Linens & Towels: Each guest is provided with two towels by default. If you would like additional towels, we will be happy to provide them upon request. Simply contact us before or during your stay, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

I’m available during daytime hours to assist you with any questions or needs you may have throughout your stay. For urgent matters, I can be reached during nighttime as well. Please note that I am not available on Shabbat, but I’ll ensure everything is prepared and organized for a smooth and enjoyable experience before then.
