"This place is amazing. Sitting on the patio overlooking the bay and ocean is bliss. The interior is very comfortable and gave plenty of space for my family of four (two teenagers) to spread out. This was also easily the CLEANEST VRBO that I’ve ever stayed in. A vey nice touch that cleaners came during our visit. The local hosts were incredibly kind and helpful to plan activities. They arranged for groceries to be delivered to the house upon our arrival - including homemade guacamole and ceviche....

"The unit was what we expected and signed up for. Host instructions were very thorough and it was easy to get into. Its located up a hill so if you dont want to carry bags you employ a wheel barrow or ATV taxi. Everything is close with wonderful restaurants and helpful friendly locals. It wouldn't be a kitchen I prefer to cook in as there are no condiments etc to use and the pots and pans are scratched up. The unit is decorated as the photos show but it is darker than it appears in the photos."

"Don't be fooled by this property post. When I rented, the post stated I was renting an "entire" property that had a pool. Not at all the case. This property is an apartment complex with shared amenities. The unit itself is a studio with two or three other apartments above it. "This is a very nice property on the top floor of a house in the center of town in Yelapa. It is up 2 flights of stairs, the second flight a narrow spiral staircase positioned out above the street. "VRBO description inaccurate-no TV, street # was incorrect, and when I asked the host he said no laundry facilities. However, later he said it was ok and gave us the key to the laundry area. Secure parking. Once we settled in, we enjoyed our 9 day stay. Basic, small 1 bedroom apartment; fabulous views from the balcony-great sunrises and sun sets. 10 min walk to town centre. Great get away , friendly locals, very safe. A few restaurants in town and street food."
