The 200 year old farmhouse is situated on a 7.500 m2 finca (land). Despite a complete reconstruction of the original charm and character of this old house has been preserved. The extremely successful renovation and equipment was done with taste and attention to detail.

The mature garden surrounding the house is equipped with Canary palms and mediterannen plants and trees, a heated pool is situated in the very private part of the second terrace and gives space for total relaxation.

Guatiza is a small old village with about 400 inhabitants that harmoniously nestles with its white houses in a valley. It is located in the lower northern part of the island and forms the background for the 200 years old, completely renovated farmhouse. The artist Cesar Manrique planned and designed in an interesting Guatiza cactus garden and made by the small village known. The Villa is a little out of the village main street (a well-stocked supermarket is a 5 minute walk), nestled in the typical rural life of the village.

Kitchen and dining area are very generous and applied in a range. The green pigmented cement floor, the big stainless steel stove and the bright country-style kitchen offers the perfect blend of modern quality of life and original country style with a Moroccan influence. Eight people can sit comfortably on the handmade cedar wood table.

Very inviting is the spacious living room with a built-in fireplace. The wooden beams in the living room is about 8 meters high. Sofas and armchairs are from Italy. In all rooms are Moroccan rugs. They form a stylish contrast to the wood and cement floors and the light-colored seating.

The high ceilings of each room with its original plaster walls create an open and pleasant atmosphere, and underline the harmoniously designed interiors. You will find a successful, stylish and comfortable feel-good atmosphere.

At the front is a patio with heated pool. This area is not visible from the outside, thereby creating a very private atmosphere. An old olive tree, planted tubs and a pergola with wooden table and Sitzgelgenheiten complete the picture. There are also four wooden sunbeds and a gas barbecue. In the rear is a large garden with old Baumbstand, exotic flowers blend and stunning views of the volcanic mountains. From the expansive wooden terrace you can admire unique sunsets. Again, there are additional sun loungers and seating.

The exclusive villa with its harmonious integrity of old and modern is the perfect setting for a quiet, relaxing and comfortable holiday.

In the double garage with automatic garage door are mountain bikes, a surfboard and a boogie board and tennis rackets and golf clubs 2 sets. In addition to a sauna is a fully equipped fitness room. In the subsequent washing room is a washing machine and ironing facilities. Beach towels are also housed there.

From Arrieta, with its safe and beautiful beach and good fish restaurants, the villa is only ten minutes away by car. The golf course (18 holes) is achieved in 15 minutes. Hiking and biking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the house.
