EL RINCÓN DE FAMARA

The Rincón de Famara is an apartment located in the heart of the village of Famara, in Lanzarote, just 200 metres from the beach, which allows you to relax to the leisurely pace of coastal life. The surroundings invite rest and enjoyment of the natural landscape, without lacking basic services such as restaurants and supermarkets to cover all daily needs.



The property has a private terrace, ideal for relaxing, taking advantage of the pleasant views and the island's climate. The living room, spacious and bright, features a comfortable sofa and a television, and is directly connected to the terrace, offering a comfortable atmosphere.



The kitchen is American-style and is fully equipped to facilitate the stay: it has a ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer and all the necessary kitchenware, which allows preparing complete meals in a simple way.



The Famara Corner has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with spacious wardrobes. In turn, it has a bathroom equipped with a shower and hairdryer, the accommodation has a washing machine and iron for greater convenience.



The maximum occupancy is four people, including adults and children, and upon request, a cot and high chair can be provided. Bed linen and one set of towels per guest, as well as beach towels.
