"The hotel looked nice and the staff was nice. The only issue was the smell of the rooms. There was a strong smell that you notice as you enter the room. We tried asking about this smell and were told that it was normal. The breakfast wasn’t the most delicious either. The resort upgraded to another room immediately because the AC was not cold enough. They also checked my room before i left and found i had left items behind.
