I soon realised that the owners took personal control of guest relations when I requested extra warm bedding, it was delivered to my room by one of the co-owners, in person! "Very well positioned for access to Worcester, Malvern, Ledbury etc. All staff really friendly. Breakfast was fantastic in terms of quality quantity and choice. Had meal in restaurant one night which was excellent. Room was good size and decorated nicely. Wouldn't hesitate to return "

"We had a lovely few days away, close enough into Worcester by a five minute taxi, but far enough out to be quieter. The pub itself was lovely, There is an outdoor area with heaters and blankets so we could enjoy the quieter space. Breakfast was nice, would have been better if there was more of a menu to look at rather than just being asked what we wanted. However scrambled eggs were lovely, can’t fault the food.
