"Our stay was not the best. Dirty cups in room, no milk, very hot room. Asked for a fan which we did receive but it was broken. On a having a shower the head of the shower flew off and hit me. Food basic, at breakfast poached eggs were hard and u only got half a slice of bread. The staff were good, and when i made a complaint i did get my money back. Overall i would never stay here agsin."

"We have loved our time at New Hall Hotel. The place is beautiful. We end up visiting again within rhe same week it was so nice. Whenever we come to the west Midlands this is where we stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is lovely and a nice selection. Everyone speaks to you and makes you feel welcome. Next time we will try the spa. "

"We had a comfortable stay at Upper House and slept well. Breakfast was enjoyable, and we also had dinner during our visit, the food was lovely and a real highlight. However, the room cleanliness was fairly basic and could be improved. The staff were polite but didn’t come across as particularly warm or welcoming. "We really enjoyed our stay at The Little George! Geoff was super kind and helpful, showed us to our room. The room was lovely and spacious and very clean, lovely bathroom with a big shower (the included toiletries smelled amazing too!). Well stocked minibar, teas and coffees etc. WiFi was very good too, easy to connect and fast, which is needed in this area as mobile data signal can be a bit iffy.
