"Beautiful hotel. Spotless. Great location. Close to everything. Awesome views. Free parking. Wonderful staff. Really nice breakfast. Feels very homely."

"Sehr zentrale Lage in der Fußgängerzone, sehr zuvorkommende Kommunikation , super Preis-Leistung. Wir waren hier bereits zum zweiten Mal und werden bestimmt nochmal kommen. Was man beachten sollte: reine Online-Rezeption, offizielle Parkplätze befinden sich nicht direkt am Hotel"

"Incrível perto de tudo... "

"No key handover. Slow communication and doubled parking fee than previously announced (20 Euro per day) We had to wait outside in the cold for 30min even though we notified the host several time before arriving (30 minutes via telephone). "

"Atendente extremamente atenciosa e simpática!!! "

"Property is nice overall and breakfast was ok, small buffet choice but excellent coffee. What majorly lets the hotel down is the misrepresentation of parking facilities, which is a 15 mins walk away uphill. We specifically booked with parking as one of our party has a disability and struggles with strenuous walks. The parking information should have been clearer- we would have selected an alternative accommodation if we had known."

"Excelente experiência em todos os aspectos"

"Café excelente Localização excelente Quarto limpo Equipe muito bom"

"Great location, in the (mostly) pedestrian spa area. Very clean and spacious room. No reception from 8 PM. More suitable for independent travellers."

"Nunca a hoteis.com poderia classificar este. Hotel de cinco estrelas.meu quarto nao tinha ar condicionado,em um calor de 28graus.Durante minha estadia. Um hotel 3 estrelas, muito limpo e arrumado, mas me venderam como um hotel 5 estrelas"

"Incrível! quarto muito bom, decoração refinada, enfim, essa estada fez nossa viagem melhor. "

"From the moment we walked in with our cross-continent backpacks in tow the staff was attentive, helpful and kind. The property was just what we needed for our ladies meet up in Czechia, Amsterdam-Seattle. The room was spacious and clean. The pillow menu was lovely. My daughter absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. Compared to the standards in the United States this was far and beyond a luxury experience. My only critique which makes me rethink booking at this particular location is the spa...

"Staff o.k., clean room, super breakfest.. "

"This apart/hotel location is not for everyone. Very stiff hill makes it difficult to walk around. TV channels are limited, room is very small, beds were not comfortable it all . Blankets and pillows were great . Cleaning crews were the best. Last four days of our stay was not hot water, we had no showers. Four stars for this place is definitely overrated. This is the fifth time we are visiting Karlovy Vary and our expectations get lower and lower . Thanks"
