"Left a note for the hostess, as some maintenance required. E.g two heat pumps not working, and several light bulbs needing replacing. Plus some helpful hints e.g a scourer for the saucepans, hand washing soap in the bathrooms, and checking the filter on the dryer."

"beautiful house - great amenities - could do with a few more heaters / electric blankets / blankets in the bedrooms. Admittedly we stayed on the coldest day of the year, but 2 of us were from the SI and even we found it cold."

"Excellent communication throughout the process. Home was immaculately clean and so well organized. We stayed with our 2 adult daughters and the layout was perfect for dinners and games together as well as enough space for down time. The garden and outside space was fantastic- and we were there at the end of winter. The location was very convenient, very close to the hospital, yet overall quiet. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful cottage."

"Very nicely presented house close to Lake. Helpful hosts. Personalised welcome note wine a nice touch. "

"Had a great weekend in this tiny home. It's really well appointed and modern. Plenty of how water and a great shower. It was really cold while we were there, but had a heat pump so we were cozy. Takeaway and pub a short drive away in Tamahere. It was an easy short flat walk to the Te Awa River path which allowed us to walk to Hamilton Gardens in around 1 hour on beautiful boardwalks along the Waikato river. As it's a tiny home and the bed on the mezanine, you can't stand up in the bedroom, but...

"Such a beautiful space, exactly what we needed for our short stay. It is evident alot of thought has been put into the space as the beautiful hosts have gone above and beyond to create a welcoming inviting environment. "

"Great accomodation. "

"Very clean, quiet and beautiful view. Easy check-in and communication. Great location next to the river."

"Host was very welcoming and recommended a fruit ice cream place nearby that was delicious. There was also a quick response to our wifi issues. The apartment was very clean. The needs were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay"
