New apartment with amazing views in Old City

We invite you to stay in the very heart of the Old Tbilisi, in one of the famous Georgian 'balcony homes' that our city is famous for.

So not only will you enjoy the architecture but also the breathtaking views from both floors of our duplex apartment.

You will be in a walking distance from all main entertaining, eating and attraction destinations of our town. It's also most beautiful area in Tbilisi with all the old buildings , churches, and tiny streets.

The space

Apartment is located in the building which is historical monument . It has privet entrance and smart lock access, so you'll be able to enter the place without keys and not worry about loosing it. The whole place is 75 sq meters, from which apartment takes 55, and the rest are balconies with stunning views.

There is bedroom with double king size bed and one single bed on the first floor, which has smaller balcony with very comfortable rocking chairs and amazing view. We can provide bed protector for your child upon request for single bed .

Living room and fully equipped kitchen are sharing the second floor, which is separated from the first with metal and plexiglass construction, just to make the space more privet and cosy in case if someone decides to sleep there. Living room space has huge sofa, which transforms into the comfortable bed for 2 people ( 150 sm width ). We provide an extra memory foam topper to increase your sleep quality.

Kitchen has everything you may need during your stay, except the oven . There is:
-fridge,
-microwave
-electric stove
-dishwasher
-washing machine/ dryer
-filter coffee maker
-and all the kitchenware you might need.
Ironing facilities are available too.

Both floors have its own bathrooms, with the shower and all necessary essentials. We'll also provide hotel quality linen, towels , bathrobes and slippers for everyone .

Free wi-fi and smart flat screen TV are there for you, as well as smart cable TV.

The second floor has a huge balcony and all the main views of the place. You can find table, outdoor furniture and hammock outside there. You'll have fluffy plaids and outdoor heaters for cooler evenings.

Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit will make you feel more safe, but we are sure you will never need to use them.

Guest access

The first floor balcony is shared with the neighbour, but we designed some light construction to separate the space , so you'll not be bothered .

Interaction with guests

If you'll have any questions during your stay please don't hesitate to contact us at any time of the day and we'll do our best to help. Otherwise you'll be provided with the Ipad , with all the recommendations about restaurants , entertainment or events in Tbilisi. We love our city and know all the cool and tasty places in the town, so you can trust us :) There will be also apps downloaded for easy taxi call and food delivery .

Other things to note

Keep in mind that there is 40 stair step to walk before you reach the apartment, and also there are stairs inside of it, so it might be not very comfortable for families with infants under 2 years .

Pets are welcome in this house if you are sure it will behave as a guest too :) Make sure you tell us in advance what kind of pet you are bringing so we can prepare the space .

Also you need to know ,that because it's an old area, sometimes there may be some interruptions with electricity or water. It happens very rare, but it happens. Anyway usually we get noticed in advance , so we'll let you know .
