The space
Most demanded Location for the tourists or business visitors. The early 20th century building of this newly refurbished small Studio apartment (28 sq.m) in the heart of the old city shares a wall with the foreign Ministry of Georgia. Embassy of Italy is just across the road and The Parliament building located on the main "Rustaveli Avenue" is just less then 2 min walk. Most of the city attractions such as Rustaveli Theatre, museums, Ballet/Opera house, Tbilisi Marriott Hotel, finest restaurants, clubs, cafes are within the 5 min walk. to put it simply, there is no better location.
the apartment itself consists of: a small kitchen/living room with a pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a mezzanine floor (or antresole) with a double bed and a toilet/shower room. you will have in use:

please be aware of one thing:
The Corridor is bit messy as some apartments were under renovations, but my apartment itself is very clean and comfortable
