"Our first time booking a stay at Holiday Inn. We traveled 10 long hours by car and arrived in the late evening. We were shocked to find multiple hairs inside our bed sheets and noticed the office manager immediately. He moved us from our reserved king suite to a smaller 2 queen room. We were saddened to be moved to a smaller room, but were happy this room was much cleaner than the first room we were assigned. Breakfast was good and we made the best of our 2 night stay."

"Hotel necessita de uma revitalização. O quarto estava limpo e o banheiro também. Roupa de cama e banho OK. Café da manhã continental gratuito estava OK. Estacionamento grátis e há um centro de compras com restaurantes a 3 minutos de carro do hotel."

"Ok so due to a change on my flight and I was arriving earlier I reached out to the hotel via message with no replies and then day prior and same day 4 times via phone with nobody to answer. I got there 130 pm and ask the clerk at the desk if they had anyone to answer phones as I had called I didn't want to be there if there was no early check in. She answer oh you must of called at a bad time for me but that she was there the entire time. Ao I said ok thats juat not good for your guest but I...

"The room was fairly clean and the staff were very helpful. The room I was in had an office chair that was very uncomfortable and the ceiling fan had caused dust swirl marks on the stucco ceiling. Kinda gross. It would also be nice if they gave you an extra soap bar as taking the soap bar bac & forth from the sink to th shower was inconvenient. They also only had an ice machine on the 3rd floor which was a little inconvenient for the guests that were on other floors. Their hot coffee wasn't so...

"We had issues 3 times when trying to enter our room. We were given 4 cards the first time and none of them worked. The check-in gal said they were having issues with the entry cards. I had to go from the 3rd floor to the check-in on the first floor while leaving my disabled husband sitting in the hallway on the luggage cart. I received 4 more cards and returned to the room and still was unable to get in our room. This time when I returned the clerk came with me to the door and got us in. We left...

"Quarto espaçoso, tudo muito limpo. Café da manhã, atende as necessidades. A equipe se esforçava para repor as faltas, mas devido a quantidade de pessoas, tinha dias que deixava a desejar. O estacionamento na frente do prédio ficava lotado, porem tinha outro muito grande e que dava acesso a porta lateral do prédio. Deveria ter uma placa maior informando sobre a disponibilidade de vagas no estacionamento maior."
