"First booking for 2 days - Faby Jane Ko, the check-in attendant, was very efficient and attentive to our needs. Excellent location, easy access and secure parking.
Recently renovated room, quiet and well-functioning heating, clean and comfortable bed, bathroom with clean shower, soft towels and accessories such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and good quality moisturizer. There is a 24-hour fitness center with clean and well-maintained equipment that I had the opportunity to use.

"### ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 Stars – Disappointing Stay, Room Needs Maintenance
My overall stay was average at best. While the hotel had some positives, several issues made the experience less enjoyable than expected.
The food was bland and lacked flavor. The shower experience was horrible, and the bathroom clearly needed maintenance. The main bathtub faucet was hanging out of the wall, and the bottom portion of the bathroom door was falling apart. These are things that should have been addressed before...

"Quarto amplo, limpo, recepção bastante atenciosa, hotel 100% não fumante então mesmo tendo carpete não tem cheiro de cigarro. Oferece café da manhã, porém acaba às 9:00 da manhã, isso é o ruim do hotel. "

"Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Our stay was fine, but nothing special. The shower was weak and had a loose cover plate on the tub faucet (rm 207). The room and the entire hotel smelled heavily of perfume maybe? Or an air freshener that made me think they were trying to hide something. The coffee was good, but I wasn't a fan of the food. Overall just good."
