"We stayed here for two nights for a tubing trip and our friends rented another cabin there as well. We stayed at cabin #3 Surfside and if I were to book again I'd definitely book cabin #6 because it was more upgraded and had more privacy when outside by the beach and firepit area. They had 6 cabins and "the main house" which is the larger house you can rent. Cabin 3 and 6 have the main view to the water as well as the main house. "The view was breathtaking. There were not enough towels (towels were terrible), no wine opener, plastic disposibale wine glasses. The property was a bit run down. The beach and deck area could have been cleaned up and organized. Also a better system for sand removal when entering the property. All and all I feel the price was high for the amenities."

"Unfortunately we would not return to this house. We loved the proximity to beach and the lake view from the upstairs bedroom, and appreciated the upstairs AC unit. That was about all we were able to enjoy… the place was very dirty, dishes weren’t clean, throw blankets were not washed and had awful smells. I did experience some confusion on how to contact the host because the code we received didn't work and we had to get another code.We really enjoyed walking out the door wall onto the beach every morning.we enjoyed shopping in Tawas is just south of Oscoda.We are looking forward to returning in the near future"
