Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. "What a lovely little stay in Bodmin. Off the beaten path, quiet, gorgeous. Only about 20 minutes from Tintagel, and some of the best clotted cream in town. My wife and I both agreed it was our favorite stay of the whole of our trip which spanned the entire island. "The small aparentment type house was wonderful to stay in and felt very homley, the sceary around the house too was gorgeous, plus the property manager had a cat which is just bonus points would rate 10 stars if possible for the cat alone. The property manager was also very kind and spoke clearly. Both my partner and i very much enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again."

"The steps you encounter are not mentioned. And are near vertical. A ladder brings you up to the back garden. The door to the property is the only way in or out and the only daylight. Steps down to the kitchen. 3 foot fall to bathroom and dungeon style chamber. Lightning is extremely limited and everything is painted black. No steps provided to get into bed. Great if you’re in your 20’s and don’t want to sleep. Great if you want a swinging party of 6 guests. Not great if you’re in your 50’s...

"Perfect apartment, clean, central, well equipped. Paid parking just opposite (busy and costs 14 per 24h but close by). Very comfortable beds. Great views from lounge/kitchen and main bedroom. Quiet despite being so central. Would definitely book again. "
