Villa Prinny is located in a prime location in Quinta do Perogil, in an elevated position on the edge of Tavira. This is a tranquil area in a cul-de-sac (no through traffic) yet within walking distance to the center of town, where you find all amenities.
The villa is set within its own private gardens on a fully fenced plot of land. Access to the property is gained via an electronic gate for cars and an intercom system (CCTV) for pedestrians. The ground floor consists of a hallway with guest W.C. leading to the large living room with various seating areas and fireplace (wood burner stove), a very spacious, fully equipped designer kitchen with natural stone worktop and breakfast bar, a large American-style fridge/freezer, a wine fridge, an electric hob, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, and ample kitchen cabinets for storage. This kitchen offers everything you need and more! Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a good-sized dining room. Immediately next to the dining room, through floor-to-ceiling sliding windows, you have access to the semi-covered terrace with a table and chairs, an ideal spot for having breakfast, a well-deserved long lunch, or an alfresco dinner. This property impresses with large 'floor-to-ceiling' windows, bringing the vistas of the outdoors in and offering lots of light.
The first floor comprises four double bedrooms, all well appointed and decorated, each with built-in wardrobes and a good-sized en-suite bathroom with a rain shower. The en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom also features a bath. All rooms have adjustable shutters so you are in control of how much light is coming in. Here you also find the laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, iron, and board.

Tavira is an ideal place to stay for entertaining and relaxing, as it is situated on the edge of the Ria Formosa Natural Reserve park, which produces sea salt and has a myriad of wildlife, including flamingos and pretty butterflies. The waterways are busy with yachts, fishing boats, and ferries, particularly in the summer when visitors hop across to the island of Tavira. The island has a good choice of restaurants in an otherwise unspoiled area of outstanding natural beauty. The area boasts a great variety of restaurants and cafes and is an ideal place to use as a base to explore the Algarve, its many beautiful beaches, water sports, and the golf courses nearby. Benamor Golf is the nearest 18-hole golf course, followed by the golf courses of Quinta da Ria and Quinta de Cima, all within a short 5- to 7-minute drive.
