This ground floor apartment as two rooms, booth with LCD TV (here only with Portuguese and Spanish Channels), but with a HDMI connection. Private balcony. Seasonal exterior swimming pool and indoor swimming pool and free parking garage.
One of the rooms “en suite” as a private bathroom with shower, double bed, flat TV screen and table. The second room has two separate beds.
Another bathroom is available with bathtub WC, bidet and towels heather.
It still has air conditioned (heating and cold) in all the divisions, complete kitchen with, wash and to dry machine, dishwashing, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine. Citrus machine, toaster and blender.
A sofa bed in the living room, good size for 2 people's.
The exterior swimming pool is available after April to the end of October. This pool is heated in the months of April and May.

The surroundings are very calm, with cafes, restaurants, bars, and markets. Easy access to nearby beaches.
Car is not required, but we recommend the bike. There are also daily buses between Santa Luzia and Tavira.
Insect and Wildlife Info: Our home is located in a hot and humid climate that is teeming with wildlife. Depending on the time of year and the weather conditions, guests may encounter mosquitoes, gnats, love bugs or other bugs. While we do utilize regular pest control services, we are unable to offer any guarantees against or refunds for the occasional bug that may make it inside our home. We do our best to prevent this from occurring and guests can help by keeping doors closed and disposing of trash and storing food in a responsible manner.
