Villetta Giovanna is located in Marina di Mancaversa , just 50 meters from the natural sandy coves, including the renowned "Spiaggia dei Cavalli," one of the last free beaches that define the coastline of the marina. It is also a short distance from the white beaches of Lido Pizzo , Punta della Suina , and Cotriero .
The house consists of a spacious living room, equipped with a dining table and chairs, a relaxation area with a sofa and TV, one air-conditioned double bedroom, and one air-conditioned twin bedroom, with the option to add two extra beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower box and a washing machine. The apartment features an outdoor covered space, equipped with garden furniture, an outdoor shower, and a gas barbecue.
All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and smart TVs. Guests will also have access to a hairdryer, iron, and free Wi-Fi.

Note: The cleaning fee includes bed linens and bath towels, breakfast supplies for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and check-in/check-out services.
