"Staff were so lovely, and the food was pretty decent, but that is the only positives of the place. Accommodation was poor, electricity off from 11am-4pm daily. Can't make a hot drink or charge a phone!! The water pressure was intermittent so not always able to flush the toilet. The shower was outside and no hot water with any decent pressure. Swimming pool wasn't well maintained. No games room, just a ping pong table. Internet was absolutely awful, again intermittent...but mostly not available....
"Location was convenient from the airport, rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. The service at this resort is absolutely fantastic, storm who works at the front desk was a huge help coordinating things for us to do and the staff as a whole were such pleasant and polite people. Food choices were limited - but everything was fresh and delicious. The resort was also quiet and I would say more adult focused which is what we were looking for on our honeymoon. I would absolutely stay here again...
"The unit, property and services were simply breathtaking. Great location. We were picked up at the airport, brought to the property, checked in and sitting in the unit all within 15 minutes. The amenities from the resort are easy to use and everyone was very helpful. The unit and grounds were immaculate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone staying in Taveuni."
"Idyllic location on a hill overlooking the ocean with a gorgeous property and bungalow. Knox and Kelera treat their guests like family and are incredibly gracious. They made a lovo dinner for us which was delicious and Knox drove us to all of our day trip destinations filling the driving time with interesting observations about the island and history. One of the nicest vacation stays I have ever experienced. "
