  • Cerca de uma hora e 15 minutos de carro do Aeroporto Internacional de Miami e cerca de 90 minutos de Ft. Lauderdale para o levará para Islamorada, a "Capital Pesca do Mundo." Nosso condomínio é um quarto paraíso à beira-mar chão. É bem fora da estrada movimentada onde você não vai ouvir qualquer barulho. Este estilo art déco prédio do condomínio foi construído em meados dos anos 70, e tem sido muito bem conservado. Há estacionamento privativo coberto para dois veículos. O enorme varanda rastreados em azulejos e privado vai deixar você ver, ouvir, cheirar e sentir a brisa do oceano de turquesa apenas alguns metros de distância. Assista os barcos de pesca e de mergulho cabeça para fora de Tavernier Creek. Às vezes, você pode até ver os navios de cruzeiro iluminadas à noite fomos a Key West e além. Cada quarto quarto e família se abre a este grande varanda onde você pode assistir o nascer do sol todas as manhãs com seu café da manhã e ter arrefecimento sombra à tarde. O condomínio e varanda ter privacidade total. É 100% vista para o mar de todos os quartos! Tem nova AC, novas roupas e colchas, tv a cabo em todos os quartos, e novas TVs de tela plana de 46 e 40 polegadas. WIFI é no condomínio e no escritório. Todos os quartos foram recentemente pintadas em cores brite "chaves tropicais. É toda a telha por toda parte, há uma cozinha completa com utensílios de cozinha e todos os aparelhos. Há dois quartos com novo rei e camas queen size. O quarto principal tem uma casa de banho privativa com um chuveiro frio lindamente reformado e ampliado com assento. Nadar em uma bela piscina aquecida com vista para o mar, jogar tênis na quadra de tênis privada, peixe ou caiaque fora de sua porta. Convenientemente localizado perto de restaurantes, lojas, pesca, mergulho, barco e caiaque aluguel etc. Há uma mercearia, loja de bebidas, loja do dólar, cinema, bar de esportes, Correios, e muito mais, tudo ao centro comercial local na mesma rua. Dentro curta de condução distâncias são o famoso Parque Estadual Pennecamp, Parque Nacional Everglades, Bird Sanctuary, e do Centro de Pesquisa Dolphin onde você pode nadar com os golfinhos. Key West faz para uma viagem de bom dia para o almoço e explorar Duval Street, Margaritaville, lojas de arte, museus, e está localizado a cerca de 90 minutos para o sul na rota rodovia mais belos incluindo a famosa ponte de 7 milhas. Two weeks of sun!

The unit is close to the elevator and laundry room. Comfortable beds, large balcony with beautiful water view; Nice pool. Friendly residents with occasional group functions. Located near many good restaurants. The owner was very responsive to all calls and requests. Enjoyed our two-week vacation at Sea Gull Condominium.

Aging Property

Plusses: nice ocean view, common facilities of complex are recently renovated and very nice Minusses: all the dishes were gritty and needed washed perhaps because no dishwasher tabs were provided, mattresses are worn out and uncomfortable, kitchen and bathrooms very dated cumbersome check-in process that is split between owner and condo association. Location: there isn't much going on in Tanverier, but if you want to hit Miami, Key West, and the Everglades, it is centrally located.

Not accurate listing / bare minimum

No pool for the entire time we stayed (for a week). Was emailed just a few days before arrival (already on first leg of trip) that the pool maintenance might happen during part of our stay, but it was empty the entire time and no work done that we saw while there. The POOL is obviously an important part of of a stay in the Florida Keys… Bring your own toilet paper, shampoo, soap because none was provided. The screen on the porch was ripped and blowing in the wind. Bedrooms were very hot while the living room was cold. Need to bring your own fans too. Checkout instructions did not say where to leave keys, so we left them on the counter. Got threatening emails and texts after we left because they wanted them back in a box, but were not told to do that. I am not a very picky person generally but this was pretty terrible as far as communication, expectations of amenities and his general lack of empathy. He acted like having a POOL in the KEYS was not important and that the only remedy that he would give would be a discount on a FUTURE rental. No way, I will not be staying here again. Take your chances if you dare to stay here.

Great Condo and Location

The condo was beautiful; the location and views were fantastic; the saltwater pool was a highlight; the condo had all necessities and as described. The screened balcony and the views were awesome. The owner was super helpful and immediately answered all questions and was available during the check-in process :)

Nice, could be better.

Outstanding view, nice screened in balcony. AC didn't distribute air equality, bedrooms at least 10 degrees warmer than the kitchen/living room, and we had bedroom's doors open. Several times we had the large heated pool to ourselves, and the new game room we always had to ourselves. The owner is responsive and easy to reach.

Beautiful views in islamorada

Convenient, quiet location right on ocean front with good-sized pool and comfortable beach, though not for swimming. Excellent morning sunrises to get you going each day. Easy access to good restaurant selection, but also set up to cook all meals at the condo. Plenty of room for 4.

Fabulous trip!

This was my 10th trip to Islamorada and one of the best! This condo was in a perfect location, convenient to everything that I wanted to do and the views are spectacular. I was lucky enough to watch a thunderstorm dance across the ocean in front of me from the balcony, I could not have asked for a better view!

Love The VIEW!

Peaceful, clean, had pretty much all we needed. Winn Dixie is less than 2 miles away and easy to get back and forth for groceries, snacks, water, etc and easy access to restaurants and sight seeing, a short drive to a more sandy beach. Could use some linen upgrades mainly and a few kitchen towels.

Stayed March 27-April 3

Lovely condo right on water! Enjoyed the convenience of location, layout of condo, screened in balcony to watch the sunrise. Pool area nice, but sometimes overran by those renting 3-4 months. Construction was no problem will be nice when done. No access to water unless you rent a kayak, which I recommend you do. Had a great experience!

Great Stay!

This is a clean well furnished condo. Very comfortable for our 10 day stay. The big screened in porch and great views of the water were big hits with the family. Conveniently located to attractions and State Parks up and down the Keys. Highly recommended.

Paradise on the Keys

We were totally impressed with our stay at Sea Gulls Oceanfront Condo at Ken's property. Ken is extremely accommodating and immediately responds to any questions or concerns, and there were very few when we stayed for two months. This unit is clean and comfortable with just about everything you need for a short or long stay. The view is spectacular with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. You can easily sit for hours reading and watching the fishing and sailing boats as they travel past. And after dark you can spot the many cruise ships sailing in the distance. The pool is beautiful and very quiet and relaxing. All in all, we are looking forward to our next trip back in 2020.

Quiet place to stay

Loved the peace and quiet. Both bedrooms having access to the balcony was great. It was clean. There were some repairs going on on the first floor from the hurricane. The beach almost seemed like a private beach. And the view was great.

The property needed updating on the inside and outside of the building.

Some of the updating that was needed was caused by a Hurricane that hit the Keys in September of 2017. The first floor was boarded up and the construction crew was there every day during our stay. They were working on the elevator and office and weight room and other units throughout the day. The construction noise was continual throughout the day. The pool area was ok except for the noise from the construction crew. The beach area was not usable. The sand was delivered and sat in piles until they came toward the end of our stay to spread it. The inside of the condo was furnished with older furniture and the cane chairs were very uncomfortable. The master king bed was not very comfortable. The kitchen was very outdated. Positive things were the view was very pretty and the pool was nice except for the noise from the construction crews.

Nice property but disappointing.

Unfortunately there was still considerable damage to the property from the hurricane. The condo unit itself was nice, though could use some updating. There were many other units within the building that were still having repairs done. The beach was still being repaired, which we did not know until we got there so we were not able to sit at the beach during our stay. The pool is nice and we did spend a little time there. It was sad to see the damages to the island. Most of our favorite places were up a running and many others are still working on it. We enjoyed our favorite places to eat and drink such as Lorelei's, Lazy Day's, Mile Marker 88, Midway Cafe (best key lime pie ever), Florida Brewing and Islamorada Brewing. We did a kayak trip one day through the mangroves which was very fun. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo. Hopefully the island continues to recover quickly!

Property is beautiful, condo was amazing, perfect place to stay in the keys.

We had so much fun here in the keys! The condo was well stocked and in the perfect area to get some peace and quiet, all while being close to everything we needed and wanted to do. Nicely decorated inside, clean and comfortable, and I loved the balcony especially. The view is amazing. Pool was great, loved the beach area and grills. We kayaked right off the property many days and saw stingrays, manatees, jellyfish, and all sorts of other fish. Everyone we met was very friendly and gave us plenty of advice on where to go, what to see, and where to eat. We would definitely come back to the seagulls.

Best vacation spot ever!!!

We have stayed at this same condo every time we have gone to the Keys. Ken & Sue made our very first experience there very relaxing and shared with us all the great sites, amenities and all the best restaurants the Keys have to offer. We have stayed at there condo on several occasions and have never been disappointed with the always clean and well stocked condo. When it's time to relax in a quiet setting and just watch the ocean from your private porch you will never find a better place. Looking forward to going back again this year!!
