The Space:

Coastal décor greets you in this two bedroom two bathroom Oceanfront Condo in Building 3. The comforting living room features a flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the step-out balcony offering sweeping views of the Atlantic. Visit delicious local restaurants or create amazing meals in the fully equipped kitchen that has been recently remodeled with granite countertops and new cabinets and appliances.



Get a great night's sleep in the master bedroom fitted with a king size bed. The master bathroom features a tiled walk in shower, a flat screen TV and simple island décor. The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds, a flat screen T.V. and an attached bathroom that also has access to the hallway.



The property also features an outdoor swimming pool along with on-site tennis facilities and beach access.



A variety of activities, including fishing, diving and sailing are available only a short distance from the Key Largo Ocean Pointe Suites. Florida Keys Wild Bird Rehabilitation Center is 4 minutes' drive from the property.

ON 60 ACRES IN KEY LARGO, THIS OCEANFRONT CONDO IS JUST 10 MILES FROM JOHN PENNEKAMP CORAL REEF STATE PARK AND 1.7 MILES FROM THE WILD BIRD CENTER. THE FLORIDA KEYS IS HOME TO SOME OF THE BEST FISHING, SNORKELING AND DIVING IN THE WORLD. KEY LARGO'S PROXIMITY TO THE EVERGLADES ALSO MAKES IT A PREMIER DESTINATION FOR KAYAKERS AND ECOTOURISTS. THE DRIVE TO KEY WEST IS APPROXIMATELY 2 HOURS SOUTH AND IS REMARKABLE! THE FLORIDA KEYS OFFER A FANTASTIC VARIETY OF RESTAURANTS, BUT WITH THE BOUNTY OF FRESH SEAFOOD AVAILABLE ITS NOT SURPRISING THAT THE CUISINE OF THE KEYS IS LARGELY BUILT AROUND THE CATCH OF THE DAY.



Getting Around:

A car is needed in the Florida Keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the Southern Most Point in Key West.

PETS AND SMOKING ARE PROHIBITED



Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.



MARINA INFORMATION:



All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited..



Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.



The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.



Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.
