Head north on US-1 to Key Largo, where you will find amazing waterfront dining, shops, attractions, and more. Swim with the dolphins at the Theater of the Sea, less than 10 miles away, in Islamorada. Charter deep-sea fishing, diving, and/or snorkeling tours from one of the many nearby boat charters. If you'd prefer to have fun on the water rather than in it, take advantage of Caribbean Funtime, a service that offers kayak and paddleboard rentals.

Kayak and paddleboard rentals are available from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. For inquiries, contact Caribbean Funtime.
The on-site restaurant and bar are temporarily closed due to renovations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 4.

Security camera details: Ocean Pointe has cameras over the grounds but none are at the unit.

Dock details: Have to call the Marina to reserve a slip if they have one and pay for a spot for parking the trailer. Guests must do this before they arrive.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 26 years of age to book. Guests under 26 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This unit less suitable for lengthy stays than others we have used here.

Numerous issues with condo. Called VACASA several times and got more talk than action. Bathroom fans function poorly, kitchen fan not vented to outside, furnace doesn’t heat, ac died near end stay, kitchen utensils not suitable for long stays, etc. Restaurant/bar near beach finally opened. We went one evening and left after 45 minutes as no one was avails to serve us, even though we were given a menu. Anyway, we will stay somewhere else next winter.

Very nice condo in well maintained complex.

Pool and grounds well cared for. Guests should plan to bring pantry items for any cooking, not supplied. Great food truck on site however, lunch/dinner could be covered there. Or local restaurants are yummy. Beautiful view although very small balcony. Lovely stay.

It was not clean when we get to the property after 4 pm. The customer service was helpfull with situation. They miss the cleaning and refund . They need a tv on the second room ang maybe change the front door and make the code shorter. Over all it is still a good place to stay. I would still book again

Nice unit with beautiful view

The unit was a tad smaller than we imagined from the pictures posted, but it was clean and certainly big enough for two people. The beds were comfortable and the location was convenient to explore the keys.

Overall it was a nice stay. Dishwasher would not turn on and washing machine sounded like it was on its last leg and was so loud you couldn’t run it if you were trying to sleep or watch TV. Had a couple other maintenance issues that we reported and they were taken care of right away. Nice view and loves the pool.

Great location with just a few improvements needed

Great location with a great view. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would ever need. Furniture was comfortable and clean. Just a few negatives though with our stay. The listing stated the unit was on the 2nd floor but it was actually on the 4th floor. Maybe not a big deal to others but we read reviews about the elevators going out and lo and behold the elevators went out during our stay. Walking 4 floors for days and having to load all of our luggage after a weeks stay was not enjoyable especially since my husband has health problems. When we arrived the shower in the 2nd bedroom did not work and it took several phone calls and 2 days before we could get it fixed. Our guests had to share our bathroom for that time. The floors were not clean when we arrived, the bifold door on the washer/dryer closet was broken and the water pressure leaves a lot to be desired. The restaurants on site were not open when we tried to utilize them and maybe that is because it is the off season but it would be good to add that in the listing. Also we tried all week to use the TV but the cable box never worked. With 3 remotes, a TV and a cable box detailed instructions for your tenants would be good to have.

Beautiful view, spacious and perfect locale

The only negative about the place was trying to find my room. Finding the building was easy enough.. when your room number is four digits, the first digit represents the building number as there are I believe five buildings. The second digit represents which floor of the building your room is on. I spent half an hour looking for my room and on the phone trying to figure it out. The lady on the phone even gave me the wrong floor number. Once I got that figured out, the rest of the stay was absolutely perfect!! Luckily there is an elevator on the property because staying on the 4th floor with lots of luggage would be a nightmare without it. The room was exactly as it was pictured.. beautiful, clean, spacious and peaceful. Waking up to the gorgeous view of the ocean was something to look forward to each morning. Unfortunately the sun doesn't set on that side, but it's still beautiful to see that view all day until it's time to close the curtains at night. The unit came with everything necessary. Cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, shampoo and soap. I will definitely be coming back in the future and staying here.. I did not utilize the pool or the marina as I am not much of a water person. But the location was absolutely perfect for a 10 minute drive to go scuba diving in Key Largo one direction or a 10 minute drive the other direction to go kayaking/fishing in Islamorada. Tavernier is a quaint little town with everything you need close by 😃

Definitely a safe place. Helpful if they gave us instructions on entering facility with security, we had to call 3 people to get information. Under construction & very loud drilling -hard because I was working during the day) no hot water in shower. Reported & no resolve. Water pressure was bad too. Pool was awesome & thankful it was open at night. A great location.

Was a roof over our heads, wouldn’t stay again.

Property wasn’t well maintained. Hallways in front of elevators were a huge puddle. Pool was empty and we weren’t notified until 2 days before checking in. Pull out couch bed was absolutely filthy. After spending quite some time trying to find out how to contact the property manager to get fresh sheets and extra blankets/pillows for the couch bed, they told us they don’t supply extra blankets or pillows. They told us to just wash the sheet on the couch bed. When we explained that there weren’t enough pillows/blankets for all of the beds, they agreed to bring extras, but nobody ever brought any, we had to use the beach towels in the closet for blankets. Awful stay, would never stay here again.
