"We were very disappointed with this rental experience. When we arrived Friday night, the property had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests. The beds had dirty/soiled linens, the bathroom towels were used, and the entire property smelled like wet towels/mildew because the AC had been turned off. It was not in livable condition when we arrived.Because of this, we had to pay out of pocket for another hotel room Friday night. We were told the property would be cleaned the next day, but...

"Check in was offsite. Room we were assigned had a broken sink which flooded the kitchen. In order to get assistance we had to drive back to offsite check in location since no one at the property could have assisted. There were lots of cats at the property which we didn’t appreciate too much. But other than that the rooms were comfortable and we had a good time."

I would suggest a few more amenities for those enjoying beach and outdoors (the cooler is not adequate for a family, it holds four drinks or two sandwiches, Beach towels are small (child size)) just to be mindful when exploring the area and wishing to do some exploring here snacks chairs and towels would be useful.
