The house is sun drenched, set on a quiet cul-de-sac across the road from the beach. Ideally located at the beginning of Papamoa next to shop, cafe and pub and only a 5min drive to Bayfair, BayWave or Fashion Island.

The living & dining are north facing opening out onto a sunny deck and patio surrounded by a tropical garden.

With double glazing, heat pump/ AC, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (including a bath), laundry and double garage.

Inside there is the dining area, lounge with smart tv, wifi, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, french door fridge/ freezer, ample bench space & storage.

The garage is set up as a games room with a; table tennis table, dart board, surfboard rack, kids and adult bikes, beach trolley, and mountain buggy for walks with the little one.

Out the back is a hot outdoor shower, perfect for post beach sessions.

Both on street and off street parking. A long sealed driveway can accomodate several vehicles with a gate to keep the kids safe. Perfect for scooters, bikes and skateboards. The property is fully fenced with a sliding gate off the deck for easy outdoor access.

All linen is provided; sheets, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels, plus pillows, duvets and extra blankets.
