Devon Cottage NZ - a home away from home, 15 mins away from Mt Maunganui

We live opposite the holiday home so we are available on-call to help with any problems with regard to extra items required, something not working or advice on local attractions or how to get anywhere!
Generally children are treated as an extra guest as they are still using a bed and all facilities.
A fully furbished 3 bedroom home, all towels and linen supplied, beds made up etc. Just walk in and enjoy a home away from home. We supply corporate/staff accommodation on a regular basis for those companies where it's important that each guest has their own bedroom and space.
Originally designed and built as a Devon Cottage, it has since had an extra bedroom and living area added to it and has been fully refurbished with new luxurious carpeting and bamboo hardwood flooring and art decor.
Very private and generous outdoor entertaining area including outdoor furniture.

It can offer:
· 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to six) (1 bedroom has a queen
bed, 1 has a double and the other, two single beds (a king single
and a single).

If you Google the location you can't see the property because it is located up a private ROW. We live on the opposite side of the driveway so we are able to provide security and immediate assistance for any issues that arise.

Special conditions:
As we are located in the middle of a quiet residential area, there can't be any loud noise or music - basically no parties! The cottage is booked and paid for based on the number of guests staying. All visitors must be off site by early evening. We can't allow any stay-overs regardless so make sure your visitors are fit and proper to drive or arrange for their safe return home. Check in time normally around 2pm unless by prior arrangement, check out 10am.
