Bedroom 4: 2 x Single beds (one of these is a trundler bed)



The beds in bedroom 4 can be put together to make a large bed. If you would like these made together as a large bed, please let us know a least 7 days prior to arrival).



The fourth bedroom has a kitchenette with mini-fridge, and coffee/tea making facilities. It is a fantastic set-up for a family with a couple of children.





House Rules and Information:



Parking: off street parking space available for 2 vehicles



Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.



This is a smoke/vape and pet free property
