A spacious and family-friendly 4-bedroom home tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac in central Taupō. Enjoy lake views alongside a large, private, established garden—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk to the popular Mole & Chicken restaurant and bar, and only 10 minutes on foot to the lakefront.

The property is a split-level home, across 3 levels. There are 3 bedrooms (sleeping 7 people)
and 2 bathrooms all on the same level with 2 x King size beds and 1 x King Single bed. These
bedrooms are also on the same level as the kitchen, dining and outdoor porch area.
Downstairs there is an additional 4th bedroom with 1 x King size bed. There is a separate
toilet next to this room.
There are two office spaces - 1 desk in the single bedroom and 1 in the mezzanine (off the lounge) for working remotely.
There is a fireplace in the kitchen/dining area and wall heaters in the bedrooms which make
the house nice and cosy over the colder winter months. Upstairs is a large lounge with
seating for 6-7 people and views of the lake.
Outside we have a large private garden area and covered porch off the dining and kitchen
area with outdoor seating and a BBQ. There is also a large spa pool and flat grass area for
games.
We have a number of outside games and sports items that guests may wish to use including
pétanque, frisbees for frisbee golf (at Spa Park), a junior croquet set, basketball (there is a
hoop at the church just up the road), 2x sets of golf clubs and 1 trundler (golf sets on
request, and please only for adults / experienced players).

No smoking or vaping inside.

*Well behaved pets are welcome for an additional cleaning fee of $100.
Pet policy: Pets MUST be declared before arrival to avoid a pet violation fee of $500. A $500
bond is refundable following inspection after check out. Pets are not allowed on furniture
(incl beds) to avoid scratching and damage. The property is full fenced and secure.

We have security cameras monitoring the side of the house and the back porch. These are
switched off during guest stays.

We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.

Conveniently located just 7 km from Taupō Airport, this property is close to popular attractions including the Great Lake Centre (2.4 km) and Huka Falls (8 km). The lakefront of Lake Taupō is just 1 km away, with a selection of restaurants and takeaway options nearby.
Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.
Strictly No parties, Gatherings , events or loud groups. If more guests stay than what is on the booking could result in being asked to leave the property.
