Nestled at the conclusion of a cul-de-sac in the serene and recently developed Nukuhau subdivision, 'Quails Nest' is an ideal choice for your upcoming Taupo retreat. This residence is strategically situated to offer the convenience of proximity to suburban amenities while providing a tranquil rural vista at the rear, overlooking country paddocks and a verdant assortment of trees that beckon quails to frequent the area.

Boasting a contemporary, roomy, and open-plan layout, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property has been tastefully furnished to ensure a delightful experience for guests. The 'Quails Nest' features a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a Nespresso coffee machine, creating a pleasant atmosphere for cooking and dining. This charming accommodation features three bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. The master bedroom, complete with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, is furnished with a cozy queen bed. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a double bed, while bedroom 3 offers two single beds.

For a pleasant and convenient stay, Quails Nest provides a full bathroom with a separate toilet, ensuite, and laundry facilities. The property is well-appointed with amenities, including a BBQ, heat-pump/air-conditioning, Smart TVs in the living area and master bedroom, WiFi, Sky Sports, dishwasher and kids board games.

Ample parking space is available, with an internal access garage and outdoor parking areas. Bring your boat or jet ski, as Acacia Bay's boat ramp is just an 8-minute drive away. Quails Nest is conveniently located near Acacia Bay and Nukuhau shopping centers, offering convenience stores, takeaways, a bakery, hairdressers, a liquor store, a garden center, and the Bay Bar & Brasserie.

The property is within reach of Acacia Bay North beach reserve, providing easy access to public BBQ facilities, a pontoon, jetty, and a safe swimming area. Taupo's lively town center is a mere 6-minute drive away, offering a diverse range of shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars.
