Rokino Retreat is a beautifully designed home, built and furnished to an exceptionally high standard. This stunning home has the best of everything with luxurious features inside and out.
Spacious and modern, comfortable for up to 8 guests.
Inside you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including master ensuite, study room with sofa-bed, plus a well-equipped entertainers kitchen with butlers pantry and Nespresso Coffee machine.
Lovely lake views can be enjoyed from the upstairs master bedroom.
Step outside to an exquisite outdoor entertaining area with outdoor kitchen, BBQ and fire-place.
Located less than 1km to the lake, and only a 4 minute drive to town centre - you will be close to all of the best restaurants, cafe's, shops and attractions that Taupo has to offer.
Bedding configuration is Master bedroom 1x King, Second bedroom 1x Queen, Third bedroom 1x Single-over-Queen bunk-bed, Study Room 1x Double fold out sofa-bed (this is best suited to children).
Heat-pump, indoor gas fire and underfloor heating will keep you cool in summer and toasty in the winter.
Wifi provided.
Double internal garage - perfect for parking the car or storing bikes etc.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups allowed. Neighbours are close and must be respected at all times. This is a smoke-free property.
