This delightful property boasts 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The owners have really thought about their guests and have provided many activities for you, whether it is the kids zooming around on scooters or riding the waves on the boogie boards or friendly competition with the vast variety of board games.

There are 4 steps from the entrance way that take you to the first floor where you'll find the dining area with the ranch slider leading to the patio/deck area.

To the left of the steps you'll find the kitchen, Bedroom 1 and 2 and bathroom 1.

To the right of the steps, there are a few more steps leading to the upper level where you'll find the lounge.

Through the lounge door you'll find bedroom 3 and a railway bedroom being number 4. Bathroom 2 is located between these 2 bedrooms.


There is a kayak and bike available for your use. Life jackets and helmets are available but we recommend you bring your own ensure a correct and comfortable fit.

There is a deck off the lounge door which is currently being replaced so the door is permanently locked so you don't have to worry about the little ones.

Although we do not stay on site a team member is available throughout your stay should you need anything.
Strictly no parties or gatherings.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay. If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.

No tents.
