Classic Bach with Wifi and pets

A classic home awaits you and your family. Furry members of your family are welcome too and the property is fully fenced. Wifi is also available.
Once inside everything is on one level. The property has 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a bathroom with a separate toilet.
The gardens are beautiful and regularly maintained, with plenty of space for the children to lose some energy. There is a comfortable sun room looking onto the garden.

Please note: Garage is unavailable for guest use

The neighbourhood is quiet and family friendly. Within a 10 minute walk there is a bakery, take away, liquor store and dairy. The Mole and Chicken restaurant and bar is 10 minutes in the opposite direction along with take away and dairy. The town centre is a 3 minute car ride.

Public transport is limited in Taupo although taxi’s are available and of course electric scooters

The driveway has a steep incline and flattens off at the top. If you are not able to park on the driveway, feel free to park vehicles on the front lawn.
Garage is unavailable for guest use.

Breakfast is not provided

There are 3 exterior cameras at the property. 1 at the garage, 1 facing the front door, and 1 facing the conservatory door. Cameras are turned off whilst guests are in residence. They are primarily for when the property is vacant.

**Please note that all bedroom and bathroom linens are provided and included in the cleaning rate. You may wish to bring your own pool towels.**
Strictly no parties or gatherings.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay. If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.

No tents.
