Step back in time and board a steam train on the West Somerset Railway that takes you through the beautiful Somerset countryside. You could head to the coast and enjoy seaside resorts including Minehead, Watchet and Brean Sands with their year-round dog-friendly sandy beaches. This really is the perfect spot to explore the very best of both Somerset and North Devon.

On entering this welcoming single-story property through the stunning glass doorway, you will find yourself in the tastefully furnished and welcoming lounge/diner. With comfortable seating, a Smart TV and DVD player, and a cosy wood burner, the light and inviting lounge is an ideal space to unwind in at the end of a wonderful day. There is also a delightful dining area, and the fully equipped, open plan kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with ice compartment. The washing machine and clothes airer are housed in a utility room which is shared with the other on-site properties. Exploring this beautiful ground-floor property further you will find two comfortable bedrooms. There’s a comfy king-size room and a cosy twin room. You will also find a bathroom complete with bath, separate shower unit and WC.

Stepping outside, you can relax on the enclosed patio with seating and enjoy the peace of your surroundings in your private and secure garden. A selection of outdoor games and a BBQ are available on request. You are also invited to share and explore the 6 acres of surrounding land which are sometimes home to cows and sheep. There is a dedicated dog wash area for those muddy/beach walks and if the 3.5 acre paddock is free of sheep, then this is the perfect spot to let your dog get some exercise, right outside the property. Please note there are two external steps to the entrance of the property that may affect those with disabilities/limited mobility.
