Can Stick, the calm between sea and mountain

Can Stick is a stone house located in the center of the village, with an area of 140 m² and 3 floors.

You will be ideally located between sea and mountain and from the house you can admire the magnificent mountain view.
The cottage (T5) is 550 m above sea level and enjoys a warm and cool micro climate.

You will be 1/2 hour from the exit "Le Boulou", last exit before Spain,
45 minutes from Perpignan and the seaside resorts of Argelès sur Mer & Collioure
and close to the cities of:
- Cherry
- Arles on Tech (cloister)
- Prats de Mollo (Fort Vauban)
- Illes sur Tet (natural organs)
- Villefranche en Conflents (walled city Vauban, yellow train)

You will have at your disposal a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils.
The house is equipped with 4 bedrooms (2 beds each), 1 bedroom equipped with a sofa bed and two bathrooms (one with bath, the other with a shower.
Outside, enjoy a private terrace with a shaded area and a small garden.
Equipment on site and on request (shared between the cottages):
A heated swimming pool of 4x10 meters
2 mountain bikes, 2 children's bikes,
sticks for Nordic walking,
Ping pong table
On request, the necessary for baby.
The linen is for rent.
Cleaning charge not included.

If you have any questions, the owners live near the rental. They can also offer hiking (walking and Nordic walking) or bikes, 4x4 or touristic tour with road book.

Private parking space (municipal parking at the exit of the village)

This cottage is available all year - electric heating in all rooms and insert in the living room.

Taulis is a quiet village of 30 houses & located 15 km from the first city = calm assured
