- Large living/dining room with access to the terrace/garden

- Bright lounge with television and sound system

- Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, induction hob, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, and crockery.

- One bedroom with a double bed and a desk area, ideal for working from home.

- Separate WC

- Equipped laundry room: washing machine, dryer, second fridge-freezer, clothes racks, storage space, and cleaning supplies.



1rst Floor:

– One bedroom with a king-size bed and dressing room

Outside:

– Main garden facing southwest with a terrace overlooking the swimming pool, furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a parasol.

– Private, uncovered outdoor swimming pool (8 x 4 m) heated to 27°C. Open from mid-April to mid-September (weather permitting).

– Second garden facing southwest with an elevated view over the valley and the Penzé forest.

– Barbecue available.

– Parking in front of the house (3 spaces)

- A €250 security deposit (credit card imprint) will not be cashed.

- A mandatory "mid-stay cleaning" fee is included in the booking payment. This fee covers disinfection of the accommodation and provision of a welcome kit containing essentials for your arrival. Linens (tea towel and bath mat) are included.



OPTIONAL SERVICES:

– Bed linen and towels are available as an option for €30 per bed. They can be requested and paid for after booking.

– We also offer an end-of-stay cleaning service for guests who prefer not to clean before departure. This service costs €100. The house must be returned in the same condition as upon arrival. If these instructions are not followed, the additional cleaning time will be deducted from the security deposit.

– Early arrivals and late departures are possible upon request and subject to availability, for an additional fee.

– Dogs are only allowed upon request and for an additional fee.
