The Space
The first floor features a large, open indoor-outdoor living area. The open floor plan includes a living room (which converts into a movie theater) with a stylish Focus fireplace, a dining room for 10 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the shaded terrace and Mediterranean garden overlooking the sea, the infinity pool, and a stone-walled patio sheltered from the breeze.
