The apartment is rented as a whole and consists of two well-lit, fully equipped, furnished, and thoughtfully laid-out rooms. This beautiful, comfortable, and cozy 40 m² apartment is located in the Peña Dorada neighborhood (it’s slightly elevated, so you’ll enjoy a stunning view) and features all the basic amenities for your comfort. The bedroom has a double bed (with a mattress on a platform under the bed; for an additional fee, you can request sheets and a blanket), a large closet, and nightstands. The bathroom is equipped with towels, shampoo, soap, pH, a hair dryer, a mirror, and hot water in the shower. The living room features two 42-inch Smart TVs (no cable signal or local channels), a sofa, and two armchairs.
The kitchen has small appliances (blender, electric coffee maker, electric kettle), a two-burner gas stove, a washing machine, and a microwave oven. It is equipped with kitchenware: plates, glasses, pots, a frying pan, a teapot, and other essential basic utensils. It also includes salt, sugar, oil, and a water filter in the sink (please use it wisely).

The apartment has a separate entrance and self-check-in via keys (keys are picked up from the lockbox; the code will be sent in advance). Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out is before 11 a.m. (if you wish to extend your stay or arrive earlier, please coordinate in advance).
