After a day enjoying your favorite water sport, this villa will allow you to comfortably pick up your surfing or kite equipment before relaxing and cooling off in the private pool. The saltwater pool measures 6 x 3 meters and its depth ranges from 1.55 to 3 meters. The porch next to the house is perfect for al fresco lunches and dinners. The property is fenced and there are neighbors nearby.

The one-story interior offers a simple, bright and very cozy style. Upon entering we find the dining room kitchen with TV, a comfortable sofa, table for 6 people and ceramic hob. To rest, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with a fan to cool the hottest nights. The two extra guests can occupy the double sofa bed. The only bathroom in the apartment is equipped with a shower. Finally, in the accommodation you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as crib and high chair if you travel with your baby.

The property is located just 500 meters from the beach of Los Lances, of fine white sand and object of desire of lovers of the sea and water sports. In addition, it is a natural place of great ecological value where you can observe the migration of birds. About 5 km away is the village, where you will find all the necessary services for your stay, such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. In the area, you can also enjoy the views of the Mirador del Estrecho, visit the castle of Guzmán el Bueno or travel back in time in the ruins of Baelo Claudia, in the small town of Bolonia, 20 km away.
