This exquisite villa underwent an extensive renovation in 2018 and boasts 5 bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The property is spread across two floors, with two of its bedrooms perched in elevated and private towers to ensure the serenity of its occupants.



The topography of the land lends the house a terraced layout. The main floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom, and a capacious dining room that leads to a living room with a fireplace. Beyond this, you'll find a TV room. From the dining room, there's access to a spectacular terrace with a dining area where you can relish your meals while enjoying the soothing sound of the waves in the background.



Ascending from the house's entrance, you arrive at tower 1, housing the first double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. From the TV room, you can access tower 2, which also accommodates a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.



Descending the stairs to the ground floor, the first thing that will catch your eye on the right is a door leading to the exterior of the property, encompassing the gardens and the pool, among other elements. Continuing down the left hallway, the residence unfolds, revealing the remaining bedrooms. The third bedroom, located to the right of the hallway, features two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom, at the end of the hallway, offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Additionally, this room provides direct access to the pool area.



To access the fifth and final bedroom, simply continue down the left hallway, where you'll find the door leading to a serene, white central courtyard of the property. Here, you'll discover the last bedroom, equipped with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. This courtyard is lush with vegetation and offers a seating area for outdoor family enjoyment. From here, you can proceed to the pool area, starting with the Balinese beds in the villa's chill-out area, followed by the outdoor seating area with furniture.



The highlight of the pool area, in addition to its comfortable loungers, the spacious garden for the little ones to play, and the direct beach access, is undoubtedly the outdoor kitchen. This space has been meticulously designed to maximize quality family time in the open air. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with a gas barbecue, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a dining area.



The property's architecture, along with its blend of modern and rustic decor, adds a special touch to the villa, imparting warmth and familiarity so that you feel at home while enjoying your beachside vacation.
