With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers, soft towels, paper products, guests will have all the comforts of home. The living room even has a queen sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The neighborhood has 24/7 security, a pool with two BBQ areas, a beach volleyball court and it is a 10-minute drive to the nearest beach, Playa Mantas. It is 20 mins from Jaco Beach and close to many other beaches. This home has been redone with fresh paint, a new garden, and brand-new furniture. There are plenty of restaurants walking distance, or you can venture to Playa Herradura or Jaco for many restaurant and bar choices. You can be in the best national park in the area, Manuel Antonio, in about and hour and 20 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented and pets are welcome! (two max).
