"The property and unit are both very nice. Paula, the property manager was informative and responsive. It is in a great location with great security. If / when I come back to Jaco I will certainly try to stay here again. "

"We were very disappointed with the response or lack of, to issues. On arrival the oven did not work. We made a complaint, received a response, made ourselves available for someone to look at the oven on the Thursday. It required a part which could be ordered from San Jose and would arrive on the Monday. That was week 1 and we would be back on track for the last 2 weeks. "The condo was conveniently located and safe. It would have been nice to have a place to rinse off the sand before entering the unit. Also it would have been appreciated to have had more towels and wash cloths. I didnt understand why we had to have a reservation for the pool and other facilities as there didnpeople in the buildi g "

"The highlight of this property is its location. The very swimmable beach is within view and just a few hundred steps away. You can not have closer accommodation. If the ocean is not your thing there are three pools in the courtyard just outside the door of L1.Inside the unit everything you require for day to day living is there. Everything works. "We have nothing but good things to say about this Vrbo! The location was perfect, right on Jaco beach and within very short walking distance of several restaurants. The condo itself was immaculate and very nicely decorated. The AC worked like a charm, which was desperately needed when we came home at the end of the day! And the pool was very refreshing after a long day as well. Communication with the property manager was prompt and thorough and made the process very easy. Highly recommend!"

"Overall good property, however Appliances were definitely on the lower quality end of the spectrum. Water took forever to boil on the stove. Water pressure was terrible in the master shower. Location was good and security on the property was very reareassuring."

Best Western Jaco Beach All-Inclusive Resort

"The entire team provided very kind service. The location is wonderful, with an incredible view of the beach and the sunset. The facilities are cozy and very clean. I will definitely come back more often and have already recommended it to my Brazilian family and friends. Highly recommended!"

Hotel South Beach

"A pontuacao condiz com as 3 estrelas do Hotel e até menos. Porém algumas considerações importantes: Ponto Positivo: pé na areia e quarto espaçoso. Pontos Negativos: 1. Sem regras claras. Nao recebemos em nenhum momento qualquer informação sobre os procedimentos do hotel. Exemplo: uma noite vc podia ficar na piscina, na outra vc nao podia circular na area apos as 22h. 2. Higiene e troca de toalha. 3. Funcionarios fechados, sem empatia alguma com o hospede 4. O hotel permite a entrada a noite de pessoas nao hospedadas mediante pagamento de 50 dolares. Na ultima noite estavamos sentados em frente ao nosso quarto e um hospede entrou com 2 garotas de programa, confirmadas e autorizadas pelo hotel, mediante o pagamento. Ao questionarmos as normais fomos informados que isso era comum nos hoteis de Jacó. Nossos dias foram otimos porque fizemos passeios e fomos as praias proximas. O Hotel eu nao recomendo. "
