Villa Bea is a large vacation villa in Puglia in Talsano, in the Taranto area. Classically styled and arranged on several levels, the villa accommodates groups of up to 12 people.
The villa is spread over a large square footage and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, electric kettle, electric oven, coffee maker, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, bookcase, and children`s games.
In the garden there is a barbecue and several areas equipped for relaxation, with tables, chairs and deck chairs.

Villa Bea is a large dwelling spread over four levels, surrounded by a large manicured garden with flowers and plants, a spacious veranda, small balconies and terrace.
Entrance on the first floor is into a large living room with TV and air conditioning, from which you go to the hallway. From here you enter the living room and kitchen.
On this floor there is 1 double room with twin beds, air conditioning and ceiling blades. In this room there is a bathtub for the disabled. The ground floor is completed by 1 bathroom.
Internal stairs lead to the upper floor, where there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is complete with shower. Still further up, in the attic, there are 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with bathtub. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
In the basement there is a laundry area.

Villa Bea is a large vacation villa located in the town of Talsano, a municipality just 3 km away from the Ionian coast of Taranto and some lovely beaches.
The center of Taranto, with all its beauty and liveliness, is about 7 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Two out of five bathrooms are just service toilet.
