In the immediate vicinity there is a shop, restaurant, ATM, coffee bars, pharmacy, and gas station. On its own enclosed property of 200 sqm guests have use of a swimming pool of 25 sqm, terrace with sitting furniture and dining table, barbecue, and parking place for 2 vehicles.



Apartment Larisa for 4-6 guests with a total living area of 70 sqm is located on the first floor of the house. It consists of full equipped kitchen, living area with sofa bed for two guests, dining area, bathroom and two bedrooms from which one has access to the balcony. Apartment is fully air-conditioned.
