"The home is perfectly situated and very private. We take a family vacation every year in NC or TN on lakes and this one is now one of our favorites. There were so many things to do, we enjoyed watching movies in the theater room, kayaks on the lake, fire in fire pit making s’mores and watching lightning bugs at night. "The communication with Derek was perfect. The check in was easy, he sent a brochure of everything you might need to know, and checked up on us in case we needed anything. Location-perfect. Went hiking and on Wednesday rode our E-bikes at Cades cove, not very busy because of the weather but a nice ride. Accomodations-everything you want or need. Very clean with plenty of towels. Will definitely be coming back to Heavens Trail."

"Had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It was well maintained and clean. The location is quiet and mostly private. You can see a few other cabins but it’s through the woods and far away enough to make your stay feel pretty private. The host was fantastic and done a great job with communication. "We enjoying this little nugget of a place. Located directly on the Little River, we sat on the porch with a blanket most of our first morning listening to the river and the rain. If relaxation is what you are looking for, this is the place for you...the perfect opposite to the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg. "The property was going through some repairs after the storms and flooding, but all the walk ways were cleared and the grounds were beautiful to walk around. The rooms were clean and spacious, but to be honest when you’re in the mountains you don’t spend a lot of time in the room. It was everything I asked for, I will stay again."
